Ordering

Buywake Europe strives to bring you the best and most current guides, sizing help and gear tips to help you choose the right products and have the absolute best experience using it. Buying a wakeboard for the first time? Experienced rider looking for an upgrade? There's a lot of information out there and it can be hard to know which wakeboard is right for you. There is a wakeboard for everyone and we hope this guide helps you to find the right one.

At buywake we always do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you want to change an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Use our online search tool to locate the product. Simply enter all or part of the product name in the search field on our homepage and hit search.

1. Enter the promotional code on the cart page.
2. Your promotion will appear on your cart as a discount or free item.
3. If your promotion code is not working, please make sure you have entered the correct promotion code.
4. Continue using our secure payment methods to complete your order.

Order confirmation could take a few minutes to receive. If you did not receive an order confirmation after 10 minutes please contact us.

You can find size charts attached to each product. You will find a "Size Chart" icon above the Add to Cart button. Click on the size chart to view more information. *Please note size charts are only guides.

As soon as your order is completed your order number will be sent in an email confirmation. One email is sent after ordering and one email is sent after payment. Only when the payment has been completed has the order been completed. If you're using a third-party payment method i.e., Paypal please ensure that you have received confirmation from both Buystores Europe and the third-party payment method you choose. If you are still unsure, please contact the customer service team with your full name, contact details and any additional information.

In case you find the same item at another dealer (online or regular shop in Europe) at a cheaper price within 14 days after your purchase, we will credit you the difference of both prices. You can use your credit anytime at your next purchase at Buywake. Shipping costs have to be considered in the price comparison and the item has to be in stock in the appropriate size. Legal customer rights are not affected by this guarantee and are of course valid to the full extent independently from this guarantee.

Afterpay payment option is managed by Afterpay directly as we have no control over the acceptance of payments. Below are some Jetpilot Australia suggestions: 
1. Your first payment amount must be available at the time of purchase. 
2. Your Afterpay account must not have overdue payments. 
3. Afterpay risk management team may have flagged your account.
For any more questions in regard to your Afterpay account it is best to contact their customer service team.

Delivery & Shipping

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange a return of the incorrect item.

Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple boxes if they do not fit in a single box. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case.

General

Some items get restocked, others are out for the season. Contact us if you need anything that is out of stock, we will come up with something.

Log in to your account by clicking on the Login tab located in the top right-hand corner of any page's navigation bar. 
1. Enter your email address and password. 
2. Click on the "Login" button. 
3. Click view "Addresses" under Account Details.
4. Update your new information. 
5. Click on the "Save" button.

If you forget your password, we can email it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below: 
1. Click on Login located in the top navigation bar.  
 2. Directly under the password field is a link that says, "I forgot my password". You will be taken to the password screen, where you will be prompted to enter your email address.  
3. Type in your email address and click "Reset Password". We will send an email with a password reset link.  
4. Click the link inside the email.  
5. Enter a new password and click "Reset Password"
