Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a "Tracking Number" link in it. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and see an estimated time of arrival. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to appear in the online tracking systems. If you have not received a connote / tracking number once your order has been invoiced, please send an email to [email protected].
Delivery times will often vary depending on the items you have ordered, the quantity you have ordered, stock availability, public holiday interruptions, and so on. Presuming that your order can be fulfilled immediately (i.e. product is in stock in our warehouse and doesn't need to be backordered with the supplier) then you can expect your goods to ship the same or next business day. Once shipped your order will take between one and five business days to arrive depending on your location.
Shipping insurance is automatically included on all shipments except on shipments of boat parts and delivery of boats. Insurance can be offered on boat parts at an additional cost.
You will have received a shipping confirmation / track & trace email with your tracking code attached. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam box. If it is also not in your spambox please contact us by email or whatsapp. We are happy to send you a track & trace link.
Orders placed before 13.00 (business days) will be dispatched on the same day. This is for on-stock items as you will understand. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation / guarantee.
Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple boxes if they do not fit in a single box. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case.
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange a return of the incorrect item.
No, sorry! We cannot deliver to any PO Box address.
Yes. We can deliver to any registered address.
Returned product(s) delivery times may vary, once we have received them, we will process your order and you will receive a notification via email for your refund/exchange. We normally process returns on Mondays.
